  1. The item is in its pristine state, unworn and with all tags still intact
  2. The item is not a swimwear or underwear.
  3. The item is returned to Posharmoire within 10 days from delivery date.
  4. Proof of receipt and purchase is obtainable.
  5. The item is without makeup and tan marks

 

No Refund will be issued in any case,however we can provide you with a credit equivalent to the price of the item/s you purchased.

  • Had a change of mind

**We do not offer refunds for a “had a change of mind” situation, however, we can provide you with a store credit equivalent to the price of the item/s you purchased. (only valid to use online at posharmoire.com.)

The credit will be issued in the form of a gift card which can be used to purchase a replacement (only valid to use online at posharmoire.com.) You do not need to wait for instructions from us to send it back. Complete the return form on our website and then proceed to ship it back to us. Items must be sent back to Posharmoire within 10 days of the customer has received the package. PLEASE KEEP YOUR RETURN PACKAGE TRACKING. We will only issue credit for packages if the customer provides tracking information and shows delivered to our address. For the customer’s security and ours, we require proof in the form of a tracking number, showing delivery to our address. No exceptions.

**All return shipping costs will be paid by the customer.

Once we receive returned item, it usually takes us anywhere from 10-12 business days to process your store credit. We understand the importance of getting our customers return process ASAP. We value your time and appreciate your patience.
